As we step into 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the incredible year gone by and the continued evolution of our lottery reservation system.
Initially introduced in 2022 as a temporary solution to ensure a fair and seamless booking process during our busiest periods, the lottery system has now entered its third year. We’re truly humbled by the continued support and enthusiasm we have received from our guests.
In 2024, we opened our dining service for eight months, offering three months of workshops and taking a month-long holiday in Korea. During this time, an astounding 7,618 individuals participated in our lottery, expressing their interest in dining with us.
Here’s a closer look at the numbers:
48% (3,698 individuals) entered the lottery once.
42% (3,217 individuals) entered between 2 and 10 times.
10% (703 individuals) entered more than 10 times, with the most dedicated guest entering 142 times, followed by 87 and 81 entries.
These figures remind us of the incredible community we’ve built together. We understand that securing a booking can feel like a daunting task. To address this, we prioritize those who have been waiting the longest in the event of cancellations, ensuring every effort is made to create opportunities for as many of our guests as possible.
