• 14 days’ notice of cancellation is required, in which case a full refund (less 3.5% admin fee) applies. 

• A 50% refund applies for cancellations made with 7 days’ notice. 

• No refund applies for cancellations less than 7 days.

• Existing reservations cannot be changed.

• CHAE is a smoke-free venue. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the premises.

• Guests are kindly requested to arrive promptly at the reserved time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced menu being served.

• We welcome diners over 12 years and do not offer a children's menu.​

• We can accommodate dietary requests, provided they do not involve food allergies that cause anaphylactic reactions. Dietary requests must be communicated at least one week prior to the reservation date.
