Terms and Conditions

Dining reservations

  • We are currently experiencing high demand. To ensure everyone has an equal chance of securing a reservation during the busy period, we do not accept bookings outside the monthly lottery.

  • After each monthly lottery draw, we will contact all winners to complete their bookings. Full payment is required to finalise all bookings.

  • We do not offer a wait list for our dining reservations.

  • 14 days’ notice of cancellation is required, in which case a full refund (less 3.5% admin fee) applies. 

  • A 50% refund applies for cancellations made with 7 days’ notice. 

  • No refund applies for cancellations less than 7 days.

  • Existing reservations cannot be changed.

  • We welcome diners over 12 years and do not offer a children's menu.

Workshop reservations

  • Workshop bookings open one month in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refer to the 'Reservation' page for more details

  • Full payment is required to finalise all bookings.

  • If your preferred date is fully booked, please join our waitlist to be notified in case of a cancellation.

Dietary requests

  • We can accommodate dietary requests, provided they do not involve food allergies that cause anaphylactic reactions.

  • Dietary requests must be communicated at least one week prior to the reservation date.

  • The lunch included in the workshop is a set menu and cannot be altered to accommodate dietary requests.
